About Adam Cook PT

I have been in the fitness industry for over 9 years, gaining knowledge and experience to help clients reach their targets and goals. Whether these goals are weight loss, muscle gain, increase fitness general fitness levels etc, I have the tools to guide you in the right direction! I launched ACPT in the summer of 2018 with the desire to transform peoples lives and the results my clients have received in this time speak for themselves. My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. This is my passion. This isn't just a job to me, i really thrive from my clients reaching their goals - This is why i also offer round the clock support via text, email, WhatsApp and Instagram.

Step 1

FREE CONSULTATION

Book yourself a free consultation. This is just an informal chat about you. What are your goals? Do you have any barriers to exercise? Etc. I will also explain a bit more about myself, what I do and what i'm all about. Then we will set ourselves a routine / plan!

Step 2

CHOOSE YOUR OPTION

I offer flexible packages to suit you. These are the 3 main options:

- Bulk of 10 sessions. (Discounted) 

- Pay monthly

- PAYG (pay as you go)

Then we are set up! We have now become a team! All I need from you now is hard work and consistency - I'll guide you the rest of the way!

Adam has such commitment to his clients, and a passion for continuing to develop his knowledge and skills. His willingness to adapt sessions effectively ensures they are always interesting, always challenging, and that I am always progressing in some way. Adam has pushed me to set clearer goals, and to work towards them systematically. He was extremely responsive throughout the lock downs, planning online 121s and group sessions, and then outdoor sessions when able to do so. I won’t forget doing roll-outs in the snow in a hurry.Whether you are new to training, have a specific goal, or just need some accountability, Adam instils a sense of confidence and fun into training, that will keep you coming back.

After being unhappy with how I looked for so long, and after exhausting all possible ways of losing weight on my own, I felt like a failure. I came to Adam for help, to get me motivated again and to achieve my personal goals.. and in less than a year he has helped me achieve my goal of 2 stone weight loss, and with that my confidence and strength continues to grow as each session passes. Adam is friendly, reliable and very knowledgeable, I could not recommend him enough for everything he has helped me with and so much more.

ALAN DEL RIO

I started training with Adam about three years ago, just before the first lockdown. We've been training remotely since then as I moved away from Cambridge. I was looking for some motivation when I contacted him; I was still trying to work out (weights and running), but I wasn't putting any energy into planning my workouts, so I had really lost interest in the whole thing. Going through the motions is how I'd describe it. I had also tried using PTs before with various results. 


Adam puts a lot of effort into planning workouts. He's always making our training sessions new and interesting. I've done both weight training and HIIT with him, and every session is different. He also listens to what I like during sessions and tries to repeat fun exercises where appropriate.


The extras that I've gotten with Adam though are the reason I keep coming back. I really look forward to our sessions. He pushes me to work at my limit, something I'd never do if I was working out alone. He's not a drill sergeant though. We spend most of each session laughing. It really comes across every session that he likes his job. He's actually made me consider becoming a PT just because he seems to get so much out of helping people achieve their goals.

I can't but give Adam 5 stars out of 5. I'll be his client for the foreseeable future.
